SBA Honey Show September 13, 2020
The Susquehanna Beekeepers Association held a Honey Show on 13 Sept 2020 at Steppingstone Farm Museum. The event was open for viewing by Steppingstone visitors. The Honey Show was the beekeeper's opportunity to show their apiary crafts in 11 product classes. The Honey Show had 37 entries submitted by 22 exhibitors. Ribbons and premiums were awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each class. The Honey Show Grand Champion was Donna Martin for her block of beeswax and the Young Beekeeper Champion was Gracie Goetz for her jar of medium extracted honey. Congratulations to Donna and Gracie and all the Class winners. Susquehanna Beekeepers members were available to answer questions and discuss beekeeping.
